- Tracking: every order is tracked, and your link is emailed as soon as it ships

Returns
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund. You don't need to send it back unless we ask.
Change of mind
Changed your mind? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first for the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and refunds go to your original payment method once the item is received.
Your rights
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
