Australia-wide, including regional areas.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then delivery usually takes 6–15 business days. Larger items like beds can take up to 18 business days. Every order is tracked and you'll get your tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
How much is shipping?
$8.95 flat rate, and free on orders over $60.
Will my order arrive in one parcel?
Not always. If you order several items they may ship separately, each with its own tracking.
How do I pick the right size?
Sized products have a size chart in their photos, and our Size Guide explains how to measure. Between sizes? Size up. Still unsure? Message us with your pet's breed and weight and we'll help.
What if something arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best before it ships.
