Damaged, faulty or not as described
Tell us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. You won't need to send it back unless we ask.
Changed your mind
Return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first for the return address. Return shipping is paid by you, and we refund your original payment method once it arrives.
Secure checkout
Payments are processed securely by Shopify. We never see or store your full card details.
