Shipping policy

We ship Australia-wide, including regional areas.

• Processing: 1–3 business days
• Delivery: usually 6–15 business days, up to 18 for larger items like beds
• Cost: $8.95 flat rate, free on orders of $60 or more
• Tracking: every order is tracked, and your tracking link is emailed as soon as it ships

Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.
