1. About us MyPetBliss ("we", "us") operates mypetbliss.com. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and descriptions We do our best to show products, colours and sizes accurately, but screens vary and small differences can happen. Product sizes are approximate, so check our Size Guide before ordering.

3. Prices and payment Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Shipping is shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by Shopify.

4. Orders Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you'll get a full refund.

5. Shipping We ship within Australia. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers and events outside our control. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns and refunds See our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the right to a repair, replacement or refund for a major failure.

7. Using our products safely Supervise your pet with new products until you know how they use them, follow any care instructions, and stop using anything that becomes damaged. Our products aren't a substitute for veterinary advice.

8. Your account You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.

9. Website content Text, images and branding on this site belong to us or our suppliers. Please don't copy them without permission.

10. Liability To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability for any product is limited to replacing it, repairing it or refunding what you paid, except where the Australian Consumer Law says otherwise.

11. Privacy We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes and governing law We may update these terms, and the version on this page applies to new orders. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
