Where's my tracking link?
We email your tracking link as soon as your order ships, usually within 1–3 business days of ordering. Check your spam or promotions folder if you can't see it.

Sign in to your account with the email you used at checkout to see each order's status and tracking.
How long will it take?
Most orders arrive in 6–15 business days, and larger items like beds can take up to 18. Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.
